With the exception of items ordered in bulk (15 items or more), any unworn item in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the ship dates for a complete refund of your purchases. Refund Policy
Our 30-day policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if thirty days have passed since your purchase.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.
Missing or delayed refunds (if any)
First, make sure you have not received your refund by checking your bank account once more. Next, get in touch with your service provider, it can take some time for the refund to appear on your bank account. Next, give your bank a call. When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one. The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item if it is not shipped with tracking.

Any unworn items can be returned to us within 30 days of the mailing date. If the product received is defective, we will replace your order at no additional cost right away. There is a return fee for returns. The price is determined throughout the return procedure. Returns are not accepted for any bulk orders (15 units or more). Yes, we offer a warranty on all of the products purchased from our website. The jewelry must be purchased directly from this website, and will not be eligible for warranty if purchased through a third-party site.
